The ABC Plan for A Better City

We want Vancouver to be a city where residents feel safe to walk down the street and a city where every generation can afford housing. We will build on Vancouver’s legacy as a sustainable, inclusive, and vibrant city.

  • Deliver a 0% property tax increase to give residents and businesses real relief after years of steep hikes
  • Encourage job growth through small-business support, faster permits, and targeted investment in local industries
  • Partner with provincial and federal governments to expand $10/day childcare spaces across the city
  • Fully fund police and fire services to keep our communities safe
  • Crack down on violent crime in the DTES through Task Force Barrage
  • Demand Ottawa fix broken bail laws and hold Victoria accountable for tackling street disorder
  • Fast-track housing projects to get homes built sooner, guided by the 3-3-3-1 framework
  • Support vibrant festivals and events that make Vancouver fun and exciting for everyone
  • Invest in parks, recreation, community facilities, and accessible transportation to improve connections and quality of life
  • Cut unnecessary bureaucracy and modernize City Hall while protecting front-line services
  • Slash red tape to make city services faster, easier, and more responsive for residents
  • Bring City Hall staff back to the office to boost efficiency and accountability
