Josh Zhang is a School Board Trustee representing ABC Vancouver.
张伯安7岁时便移民加拿大。他曾就读于Kerrisdale Annex小学、Kerrisdale小学，以及Point Grey高中（他在那里有为期一年的运动员经历，曾担任高尔夫、网球和羽毛球队队长）。张伯安在温哥华公共学校系统中一共度过了11年，参与了许多荣誉班及课外活动。
之后，张伯安进入卑诗大学就读两年，并加入高尔夫校队。他后来转校至西安大略大学的毅伟商学院，并同样加入了该校的高尔夫校队。
张伯安在温哥华的德勤分部作为审计师工作了三年，并于2019年25岁时取得CPA资质。之后，他一直勤于管理家庭办公室中的股票组合。
